  • Video Data: We retain video data collected from customer sites only for the duration required for processing and model training. Video data is anonymized and stored without any PII, ensuring that individual identities cannot be determined.

  • Usage Data: Usage data is stored for as long as necessary to maintain system performance and improve our Services.

  • Contact Information: Contact information is retained as long as needed to respond to inquiries or fulfill other service-related communications.

Upon termination of service agreements, we will delete all video data within 30 days or as otherwise required by contractual obligations with our customers.

We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to secure information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or destruction. This includes encryption of data in transit, secure access protocols, and restricted access to data based on role and need.
